Fun, exciting hunt. Lots of action.
Only 3 spots left available for 2018. Call to book now
The Lynx are in their winter coats. The daylight hours are short this time of year so every hour of hunting light is taken advantage of. The day starts off at a 6- 6:30 breakfast. Then we hit the road in the dark checking for fresh tracks. We pack a lunch and spend the whole day out if necessary. After we determine a track is relatively fresh and we think we have enough time left in the day we'll turn the dog out. Dinner and drinks are when we return to camp. Our 2016 and 2017 seasons were very successful and ended with 100% success on our lynx hunts. We did have to defer 1 hunt to 2018 due to terrible conditions. Wolf is also available as an incidental species,(not targeted but available to shoot if we come across the opportunity.) wolf tag $60, harvest fee $250.
This is a very fun exciting hunt. If you've never hunted with dogs, this is a great, easy way to try it out. If you are an experienced hounds-man or woman, you already know how addictive hunting with dogs is.
Come enjoy BC in the winter.
I have enjoyed the best hunting trip in my life. I am in love with BC, what a place, what mountains and lakes. The time that we expend with Grahame and Sam was incredible. Hunting, playing cards,
